Porter Rekayasa Utama started in 1993 with its first order from Bayan. It began as a joint venture with Howard Porter Australia to become a pioneers as the first to local Indonesian manufacturer of superior quality engineered heavy-duty off-road trucks.

PRU continues the legacy of Porter Rekayasa Utama and was created in 2009 to reflect 100% domestic investment base as well as younger, more inspired and motivated management team. We continue to operate with a spirit of innovation backed by 30 years of experience in this industry.
