AFTER SALES

We offer on-site inspections and maintenance to help reduce user downtime with uncontrolled maintenance, such as greasing, checking hydraulic and hoses.

COMISSIONING

General trainings given by PRU

Include:

SITE INSPECTION

We designate a part number for all parts of our products to ensure ease of order and continued product durability. We store up to 85% of our parts in our workshop and ready to produce additional parts.

 

 

WARRANTY

PRU provides a 12 (twelve) month warranty from the date of delivery and will rectify any fault, which in the opinion of the company needs rectification by reason of defective materials, workmanship or design. Such warranty shall not be valid against damage to goods attributed to fault/neglect in operation there of human error depreciation do to wear and tear.
